This is the second location of Roastery Lab; the new concept created for The Coffee Academics (TCA) - Purveyor and Roasters since 2012 in 2017.
The Roastery Lab was a micro coffee roastery and education facility with a brew bar located in the heart of Central Hong Kong and epicentre of coffee production for the 10+ outlets of TCA.
The IFC Mall outlet focused on a bespoke custom blending coffee retail concept - allowing customers to blend their own coffee beans for home consumption.
Studio L.M’s Founder Lex Mak was the CreativeDirector of The Coffee Academics Group between 2017-2020. He was responsible for the Branding & Creative departments and responsible for designing over 20 stores in Hong Kong and across Asia.
