A tasting menu by @chefneilperry paired exceptionally with 3 expressions from Suntory including the Hibiki 30yrs, 21yrs and Hibiki Harmony as well as 3 specially prepared cocktails. Tucked away in one of Sydney’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the dinner was hosted at the acclaimed @margaretdoublebay (Ranked No. #2 steakhouse in the world and #1 in Australia).

Beyond the amazing 4 course dinner and countless highballs the true highlight of the evening was the Hibiki whisky tasting guided by The House of Suntory’s Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo.
